Resolution 1145 RESOLUTION NO. 1145
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA:
That the said City has no objections to the proposed
dredging, filling and bulkheading in Biscayne Bay adjoining
the property of the Biscayne Point Realty Corporation in
Miami Beach and hereby waives all objections to said con-
struction as shown on the drawings prepared by W. E. Brown,
Registered Engineer, and dated August 7th, 1925.
