Resolution 1146 RESOLUTION NO. 1146
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF vIIAMI
BEACH, FLORIDA:
That the 210rida East Coast Railway Company
and such connecting lines as may be interested, be
requested to waive the embargo and permit a carload
of garbage cans from Rochester, New York, to come
through to Miami, the sanitary and health conditions
of the City being such as to make it imperative that
such cans be available to prevent an epidemic of fever
or other disease.
