RESOLUTION NO. 1168
District SR-81 Sanitary Sewer Improvement SR-81
WHEREAS, on the 29th day of July, 1925 , the City Council
passed and adopted a resolution ordering the improvement desig-
nated as Sewer Improvement SR-81, District SR-81, and directed
the City Engineer to prepare and file plans and specifications

of such improvement and an estimate of the cost thereof, includ-
ing an estimate of the incidental expenses, and the said plans

and specifications and estimate of cost and estimate of inciden-
tal expenses have been filed by the City _,ngineer with the City

THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of ' iami

Beach, Florida, that the City Clerk shall cause to be posted at
the door of the City Hall in the City of Miami Beach, Hardie ' s
Casino and the U. S. Post Office in the City of Miami Beach, a
notice stating that at a meeting of the City Council of Miami f `
Beach to be held at the City Hall in the City of -3iami Beach,
on the 7th day of October, 1925 , at 9:00 o' clock A. M. , the
City Council will hear the remonstrances of all persons inter-
ested to the confirmation of said resolution ordering said
improvement.
PASSID AND ADOPTED this 16th dad- of September, A. D. , 1925.
