RESOLUTION NO. 1172
District SR-81 Sanitary Sewer Improvement SR-81
WHEREAS, the City Council, by resolution passed and adopted on
the 29th day of July, 1925, ordered tis Sewer Improvement SR-81, Dis-
trict SR-81, and the City Engineer, under direction of the city Coun-
cil, has prepared and filed with the City Clerk plans and specifica-
tions of such improvement and an estimate of the cost thereof, in-
cluding an estimate of the cost of the incidental expenses of said
improvement, and whereas the City Auditor has reported in writing
to the City Council that funds are in the treasury applicable to
and sufficient for the payment of the City's share of the cost of
said imlrovsrent, and whereas due notice by publication as required
by the City Charter has been made that the City Council would on the
7th day of October, 1925, at the City Hall in said City, at 9:00
o ' clock A. I. , receive and hear remonstrances of all interested per-
sons to the confirmation of said resolution ordering said improvement,
and no remonstrances having been presented at the time and place a-
foresaid,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Miami Beach, Florida, that the said resolution of said City Council
ordering said Sewer Improvement SR-81, District SR-81, be and the
same is hereby confirmed, and said City Council hereby determines the.'
the said improvement shall be of terra cotta and said Council hereby
declares its intention to have said work done by City forces without
contract.
