RESOLUTION NO. 1173
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OP TN'c+; CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA,
REQUIRING OWNERS OF PROPERTY WITHIN
SAID CITY TO CLEAR THE SAME OF AND
DESTROY WEEDS, UNDERGROWTH, RUBBISH,
DEBRIS, TRASH AND UNSIGHTLY AND UN-
SA TITARY' MATTER WITHIN THE TIMES LIMIT-
ED HEREIN.
Florida:
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Miami Beach,
Section 1. That all owners of real property within the City of
Miami Beach, Florida, are hereby required to clear the same of and de-
stroy weeds, undergrowth, rubbish, debris, trash and unsightly and un-
sanitary matter within 15 days before December 15th, 1925, and within
fifteen days before March 15th, 1926 and June 15th, 1926 and September
1st, 1926, all within the fiscal year from November 1, 1925, to October
31, 1926.
Section 2. That the City Clerk be and he is hereby required to
give to said property owners a written notice of the aforesaid provi-
sion,` notifying them that if such requirement is not complied with
within the times limited in this .resolution, the City Council will
cause such work to be done and make the cost thereof a charge and lien
against such property respectively, which charge shall forthwith be
due and payable and that said notice be in substantially the following
form, which shall be posted within tvel' days from date hereof at three
conspicuous places within the City of Miami Beach, Florida, to-wit, at
the City Hall, the Post Office and at liardie 's Casino, all within said.
City; and that it be published one time in the Miami Daily News and
Metropolis, the Miami Herald and the Miami Daily Tribune ;

WITHIN THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA:
You are hereby given notice that the undersigned City
Council of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, does hereby require you
to clear all real property owned by you within said City of and destroy
weeds, undergrowth, rubbish, debris, trash and unsightly and unsanitary
matter within 15 days before December 15th, 1925, and within 16 days
before March 15th, 1926, June 15th, 1926 and September 1st, 1926 , all
-.within the fiscal year November 1st, 1925 to October 31st, 1926, and
that if this requirement is not complied with within the said times
limited, this City Council will cause such work to be done and make the
cost thereof a charge and lien against your property, which charge shal:
forthwith be due and payable.
