RESOLUTION NO. 1174
3E Il RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OP TiE CITY OP MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA:
Section 1. That : That Plat of Lot 13, Block 32, Lake View
Subdivision, this day submitted by the rliami
Beach Bay Shore Company and which was exe-
cuted by them on August 24th, 1925, be and
the same is hereby accepted.
Section 2. That: That Plat entitled "Plat of Resubdivision of
Lots 20 and 21, Block 1, i, iami Beach Bay
Shore Company' s Second Ocean wont Subdivision'
this day submitted by McCarthy Properties, Inc. ,
and which was executed by them on October 6th,
1925, be and the same is hereby accepted.
Section 2hat: That Plat entitled "Alton Port No. 2", being
a resubdivision of the west half of Block
100, Ocean -;each Addition No. 3, consisting
of Lots 9 to 16 inclusive, this day submitted
by Jerome Cherbino , Trustee , and which was
executed by him on September 2nd, 1925, be
and the same is hereby accepted.
Section 4. That: That plat entitled " Amended Plat Aquarium
Site resubdivision" , this day submitted by
Syndicate Properties, Inc. , and which was
executed by them on September 30th, 1925, be
and the same is hereby accepted.
Section 5. That: That Plat entitled "Normandy Beach South",
this day submitted by the Normandy Beach
Properties , Inc. , and which was executed by
them on October 7th, 1y25, be and the same
is hereby accepted.
