Ordinance 1908ORDINANCE NO. 1908 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1605 OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA: SECTION 1. That portion of Section 1 of Ordinance reading as follows: "A.I.220 Public Defender Salary bi-weekly 350.45" be and the same is amended to read as follows: "A.I.220 Public Defender Salary bi-weekly 374.05". SECTION 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith be and the same are hereby repealed. SECTION 3. This ordinance shall become effective as of November 14, 1971. No. 1605 SECTION 4. The health and welfare of the City being in peril, the three readings of this ordinance shall be had in one session and the City Council finding that this ordinance is necessary for the immediate protection of its citizens, it shall therefore go into effect immediately upon its passage.
