Ordinance 1910ORDINANCE NO. 1910 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 20 OF Ti -E CODE OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA: SECTION 1. That Section 20.4.1 of Chapter 20 of the Code of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, reading as follows: "Section 20.4.1 "Whenever any license fee to be paid shall remain unpaid after its due date for a period of ninety days, there shall be added to and become a part of the license fee, a penalty of ten per cent of the original amount of such license fee. The penalty shall be in addition to any and all other penalties prescribed in this chapter, and shall be enforced and collected in the same manner, and as a part of, the license fee." be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows: SECTION 2. repealed. SECTION 3. by law. ATTEST: "Section 20.4.1 "Whenever any license fee to be paid shall remain unpaid after its due date for a period of forty-five days, there shall be added to and become a part of the license fee, a penalty of ten per cent of the original amount of such license fee. The penalty shall be in addition to any and all other penalties prescribed in this chapter, and shall be enforced and collected in the same manner, and as a part of, the license fee."
