RESOLUTION NO.1178
SANITARY SEWER DISTRICTS SR-26, SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENTS
SR-27 , SR-29, SR-32, SR-33, SR-34, SR-26, SR-27, SR-29, SR-32, SR-33, ..,:e :..
SR-35, SR-36 , SR-37, SR-38, SR-41, SR-34, SR-35 , SR-36, SR-37, SR-38,
SR-42, SR-44, SR-45 and SR-46. SR-41, SR-42, SR-' 4, SR-45 and
SR-46.
WHEREAS, the City Engineer and Street Committeeman have
certified to the completion of the work above desiGnated, and
WHEREAS, the said certificate has been accepted, approved,
confirmed and ordered spread upon the minutes of the City Cour ii,
and
WHEREAS, the City Council by resolution directing the City
Engineer to prepare and file with the City Clerk of said City, a
preliminary assessment roll in accordance with Section 29 of the
City Charter of said City, and
WHEREAS, the said City Engineer has filed with the said City
Clerk, said preliminary assessment roll in accordarn e with Section
29 of the said City Charter which said preliminary assessment roll
has been ordered spread upon the minutes of the City Council,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Miami Beach, s''loria, that the City Clerk be and same is
hereby directed to give notice by publishing, that a meeting of
the City Council will be held on the 4th day of November, A. D. ,
1925, at 9:00 o'clock A. M. , at the City Council Chambers in
said City of Miami Beach, for the purpose of receiving written
objections from any and all persons whose property is descaibed
in said preliminary assessment roll.
That said notice shall be published by the said Cit?; Clerk
in the Miami Daily News and Metropolis, a newspaper of general
circulation in the City of Miami Beach fog. at least once each
week for two successive weeks prior to said meeting.
PASSED AND ADOPTED tiis 10th day of October, A. D. , 1925.
