"SOLUTION NO. 1183
Districts SR-66, 67 and 68 Sanitary Sewer Improvements
SR-66, 67 and 68.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI
BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1: That bids for the constructiaaz of the above
improvements using a concrete sewer pipe or terra cotta sewer
pipe were received on October 7th, 1925.
Section 2: That this Council hereby determines to have
said improvement made of terra cotta sewer pipe.
Section 3: That the bid of J. B. McCrary Engineering
Corporation, which it is hereby determined was the lowest and
best bid received for the construction of said improvement with
terra cotta pipe, be and the same is hereby accepted and con-
tract awarded to it
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 14th day of October, A. D. , 1925.
