RESOLUTION NO. 1186
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF TEE CITY OF MIAMI
BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1: That the owners of the following described
property located in the City of Miami Beach, Florida, to-wit:
Lots 11 to 18 inclusive, of Block 1, and Lots
2,7,8,9 ,10,12,13,18 and 19, of Block 2, of
FLEETWOOD SUBDIVISION, a subdivision of land
according to a plat thereof recorded in Plat
Book 7 at Page 160, of the Public Records of
Dade County, Florida.
Which lots have on theca a large accumulation of weeds, under-
growth, rubbish, debris, and unsightly and unsanitary matter, are
hereby required to clear said lots of and destroy weeds , under-
growth, debris, trash and unsightly and unsanitary matter thereon
on or before November 5th, 1925, and that if such owners shall
not comply with this requirement within the tLae limited afore-
said that City Council will cause said work to be done and
the cost thereof a charge and lien against said property ofthe
same extent and character as the liens for special assessments
provided by the Charter of the City of Miami Beach, Florida,
contained in Chapters 7672 and 9836 of the Laws of Florida,
Section 2: That a notice to such owners be given by
publication in the tdi<:rni Daily News and Metropolis, one time
not less than six days prior to November 5th, 1925.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 14th day of October, A. D. , 1925.
