RESOLUTION NO. 116.3
DISTRICT SR-82 SANITARY SEWS IMPROVEMENT SR-82
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THa CITY OF MIAMI
BEACH, FLORIDA:
That the construction of the following described improvement
is hereby ordered to be made; the City Council hereby setting
forth its intention to proceed under Section 29 of the City
Charter.
SR-82 The laying underground of a 36" Terra Cotta Sanitary
Sewer, or a 36" Concrete Sanitary Sewer, and necessary
manholes and appurtenances:
In and across West Twenty-eighth Street, ,,,,,,Uom a point
five feet South of the North line of saidATwenty-eighth
Street and fifty-two feet East of the .past line of
Sheridan Avenue to a point forty feet South of the
South line of said West Twenty-eighth Street.
The laying underground of an 18" Terra Cotta Sanitary
Sewer, or an 18" Concrete Sanitary Sewer, and necessary
manholes and appurtenances:
At or near the center of Flamingo Drive to and across
Pine Tree Drive , from a point five feet North of the
North line of Lot 1, Block 2, Flamingo Terrace Sub-
division, to the 'rest line of said Pine Tree Drive
and five feet South of the said North line of said
West Twenty-eighth Street.
At or near the center of West Twenty-seventh Street,
from a point seven feet East of the West line of Alton
Road across said Alton Road to the intersection of the
East line thereof with the center line of a ten foot
easement across the Miami Beach Bay Shore Golf Course,
described as follows:- the center of said ten foot ease-
ment being the line between the intersection of the center
line of said West Twenty-seventh Street with the center
line of said Alton Road and the intersection of the center
line of said West Twenty-eighth Str: et with the center
line of North Meridian Avenue ;
Also in the center of said ten foot easement from said
intersection with the E&st line of said Alton Road to
the vest line of said North Meridian Avenue;
At or near the center of said West Twenty-eighth Street ,
from the intersection of the said center line of said ten
foot easement with the said West line of said North Meridian
Avenue to the center line of Prairie Avenue North of said
West Twenty-eighth Street.
Thgether with a 6" Terra Cotta, or a 6" Concrete , Sewer
Lateral from each of such main sewers to the line of
approximately each fifty feet of adjacent property; as
a part of the main Improvement.
As said Avenues, Drives, Streets, Golf Course and Subdivision
are shown on a Plat_ recorded in Plat Book No. 4, rage 154;
In Plat Book No.4, rage 200; in Plat Book No. 8, Page 52;
in Plat Book No. 10, Page 3; and in Plat Book No. 7, Page
161; all of the Public Records of Dade County, Florida.

And it is hereby directed that the , material, nature ,
character and size of said improvement be subsequently
determined in conformity with one of such descriptions.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file
with the City Clerk plans and specifications of each kind of said
improvement and an estimate of the cost of each, including an
estimate of the cost of the expenses of preliminary and other
surveys, the inspection and superintendence of the work, the
preparation of plans and specifications and estimates, the
printing and publication of notices and proceedings, the pre-
paration of bozlds, interest during construction, legal services,
abstracts, etc. , and any other expenses necessary and proper in
conducting the proceedings and work herein provided for; and the
estimated amount to be assessed against each front foot of
mat abutting property.
This Improvement shall be designated in all proceedings, assess-
ments and bonds as Sewer Improvement SR-82, and the property
against which assessments therefor may be made for the cost
thereof shall be designated as District SR-82.
