Resolution 1189 alem RESOLUTION NO. 1189 DISTRICT SR-83 SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEI ENT SR-83 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA: That the construction of the following described improvement is hereby ordered to be made; the City Council hereby setting forth its intention to proceed under Section 29 of the City Charter. SR-83 The laying underground of an 18" Terra Cotta Sanitary Sewer, or an 18" Concrete Sanitary Sewer, and necessary manholes and appurtenances: At or near the North curb of West Twenty-eighth Street, from the center line of Prairie Avenue to the center of vette Ouime t Avenue. The laying underground of a 21" Terra Cotta Sanitary Sewer, or a 21" Co3ncrete Sanitary Sewer, and necessary manholes and appurtenances: At or near the Nort11 curb of said West Twenty-eighth Street from a poini„two feet East of the East line of Sheridan Ave nue to the West line of Pine Tree Drive. Together with a 6" Terra Cotta, or a 6" Concrete, Sewer Lateral from each of such main sewers to the line of approximately each fifty feet of adjacent property; as a part of the main Improvement. The laying underground of a 30" Terra Cotta Sanitary Sewer, or a 30" Concrete Sanitary Sewer, and necessary manholes and appurtenances: At or near the North curb of said West Twenty-eighth Street, from the center line of said Ouimet Avenue to the aforesaid point fifty-two feet East of the East line of said Sheridan Avenue. As said Street, Avenues and Drive are shown on a Plat recorded in Plat Book No. 4, Page 154; and in Plat Book No. 8, Page 39 ; all of the Public Records of Dade County, Florida. And it is hereby directed that the material, nature, character and size of said improvement be subsequently determined in conformity with one of such descriptions. The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with the City Clerk plans and specifications of each kind of said improvement and an estimate of the cost of each, including an estimate of the cast of the expenses of preliminary and other surveys, the inspection and spperintendenee of the work, the preparation of plans and specifications and estimates, the print- ing and publications of notices and proceedings, the preparation of bonds, interest during construction, legal services, abstracts, etc. , and any other expenses necessary and proper in conducting the proceedin gs and work herein provided for; and the estimated amount to be assessed against each front foot of the abutting property. This Improvement shall be designated in all proceedings, assess- ments and bonds as Sewer Improvement SR-83, and the property against which assessments therefor may be made for the cost thereof shall be designated as District SR-83.
