DISTRICT SR-84 SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT SR-434
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH? FLORIDA 7
That the construction of the following described improvement
is hereby orded to be made ; the City Council hereby setting
forth its intention to proceed under Section 29 of The City
Charter.
SR-84 The laying underground of an 8" Terra Cotta _',`'
Sanitary Sewer, or an 8" Concrete Sanitary
Sewer, and necessary manholes and appurtenances;
At or near the center of twenty-ninth Street,
from the center line of Collins Avenue, South
of said Twenty-ninth Street, to a point one hundred
and seventy five feet East of the East line of Indian
Creek Drive;
At or near the center of said Collins Avenue,
from a point of intersection of the center line
of said Twenty-ninth Steed with the center line
of said Collins Avenue, South of said Twenty-
ninth Street, to a point at the center line of
said collins Avenue, North of said Twenty-ninth
Steett, and thirty-segen and one-half feet North
of the North line of said Twenty-ninth Steeet ;
At or near the center of said Collins Avenue, from
the center of said Twenty-ninth Street to the center
line of Twenty-eighth Street ;
The laying underground of a 12" Terra Cotta San-
itary Sewer, or a 12" Concrete Sanitary Beaver,
and necessary manholes and appurtenances;
At or near the center of said Collins Avenue,
from the center line of Twenty-sixth Street to
the center:Of said Twenty-eighth Street:
The laying underground of a 15" Terra Cotta
Sanitary Sewer, or a 15" Concrete Sanitary Sewer
and necessary manholes and appurtenances;
At or near the center of said Twenty-eighth Street ;
from the center line of said Collins Avenue to a
point three feet West of the East line of said
Indian Creek Drive ;
Together with a 6" Terra Cotta, or a 6" `'oncrete,
Sewer Lateral, from each of such main sewer to
the line of approximately each fifty feet of ad-
zacent property ; a:_ a part of the main improvement ;
As said Avenue, Drive and Streets are shown on
Plats recorded in Plat Book Io .5, Pages 7 and 8;
and as aaid Streets are named and designated in
Ordinance Io. 170, recorded in Deed Book No . 297,
Page 242; all of the Public Records of Dade County,
Florida;
And it is hereby directed that the material, nature ,
character and size of said Improvement be subsequently
determined in conformity with one of such descriptions.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with the City C
Clerk plans and specifications of each kind of said improvement and an estimate
of the cost of each, including an estimate of the cost of the expenses ,,,
prei,iminary andother surveys, the inspeOiran and superintendence of tl!o
work, the preparation of plans and specifications aad estimates, low
The printing and publication of noticed and proceedings, the
preparation of bonds, interest during construction, legal
services, abstracts, etc. , and any other expenses necessary
and proper in conducting the proceedings and work herein
provided for; and the estimated amount to be assessed against
each front foot of abutting property.
This Improtement shall be designated in all proceedings,
assessments and bonds as Sewer Improvement SR-84, and
the property against which assessements therefor maybe made for
the cost thereof shall be designated as District SR-84 .
