DISTRICT SR-86 SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT SR-86
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI
BEACH, FLORIDA:
That the construction of the following described improvement
is herebyts intentionotoeprrooceedde; the undertSectionil 29hofeththe forth its
Charter.
SR-86 The laying underground ofSan ani8" Terra Cotta Sanitary

Sewer, or an 8" Concrete y
manholes and appurtenances:
At or near the center of North Bay Road, from the
center line of West Twenty-seventh Street to a point
ninety-three feet North of the North line of West
Twenty-first Street ;
The laying underground of a 10" Terra Cotta Sanitary
Sewer, or a}ii 10" Concrete Sanitary Sewer, and necessary
manholes and appurtenances:
ht or near the center of said West Twenty-seventh
Street, from the center line of said North Bay Road
to a point seven feet East of the West line of Alton
Road]
Together with a 6" Terra Cotta, or a 6" Concrete,
Sewer Lateral, from each of such main sewers to the
line of approximately each fifty feet of adjacent
property; as a part of the main Improvement.

and it is hereby directed that the material, nature ,
character and size of said improvement be subsequently
determined in conformity with one of such descriptions.
The City Engineer is herby directed to prepare and to file
with the City Clerk plans and specifications of each kind of
said improvement and an estimate of the cost of each, including
an estimate of the cost of the expenses of preliminary and
other surveys, the inspection and superintendence of the work,
the preparation of plans and specificatioand
estimates,
the
printing and publication of notices and proceedings,
pre-
paration of bonds, interest during construction, legal services,
abstracts, etc. , and any other expenses necessary and proper
in ctheucting the mated amountdings to beand
assessedherein
againstreachefrontfor ;
and the esti
foot of abutting property.
This Improvement shall be designated in all proceedings, assess-
TUits and bonds as Sewer Improvement SR-86 , and the property
against which assessments bet
for the cost
thereof shall be designated
