DISTRICTSR-87 SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT SR-87
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI B UCH,
FLORIDA:
That the construction of the following described improvement
is hereby ordered to be made ; the City Council hereby setting
forth its intention to proceed under Section 29 of the City
Charter.
SR-87 The laying underground of a 10" Terra Cotta Sanitary
Sewer, or a 10" Concrete Sanitary Sewer, and necessary
manholes and apputtenances:
At or near the West curb of Alton Road, from the center
line of West Twenty-first Street to the center line of
North Mighigan Ave nue.
The laying underground of a 12" Terra Cotta Sanitary
Sewer or a 12" Concrete Sanitary Sewer, and necessary
manholes and appurtenances:
At or near the West curb of said Alton Road, from the
center line of West Twenty-seventh Street to the/center
line Idalle of said West Twenty-first Street ; i^
Together with a 6" Terra Cotta, or a 6" Concrete, Sewer
Lateral from each of such main sewers to the line of
approximately each fifty feet of adjacent property; as
a part of the main Improvement;
As said Roads, Avenue; Streets mut are shown on Plats
recorded in Plat Book No. 4, Page 200; In Plat Book No.7,
Page 161; in Plat Book No. 8, Page 52; all of the Public
Records of Dade County, Florida.
And it is hereby directed that the material, nature,
character and size of said improvement be subsequently
determined in conformity with one of such descriptions.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with
the City Clerk plans and Specifications of each kind of said
improvement and an estimate of the cost of each, including an
estimate of the cost of the expenses of preliminary and other
surveys, the inspection and superintendence of the work, the
preparation of plans and specificatiohs and estimates, the printing
and publications of notices and proceedings, the preparation
of bonds, interest during construction, legal services, abstracts,
etC. , and any other expenses necessary and proper in donducting
the proceedings and work herein provided for; and the estimated
amount to be assessed against each front foot of abutting property.
This Improvement shall be designated in all proceedings, assessments
and bonds as Sewer Improvement SR-87, and the property against which
assessments therefor may be made for the cost thereof shall be desig-
nated as District SR-87.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 14th — day of October A.D. , 1925.
