RESOLUTION NO. 1203
District SR-85 Sanitary Sewer Improvement SR-85
WHEREAS, the City Council, by resolution passed and adopted
on the 14th day of October, 1925, ordered the Sewer Improvement
SR-85, District SR-85, and the City Engineer, udder direction of
the .City Council, has prepared and filed with the City Clerk plans
and specifications of such improvement and an estimate of the cost
thereof, including an estimate of the cost of the incidental ex-
penses of said improvement, and whereas the City Auditor has report-
in writing to the City Council that funds are in the treasury appli-
cable to and sufficient for the payment of the City' s share of the
cost of said improvement , and whereas due notice by publication as
required by the City Charter has been made that the City Council
would on the 24th day of October, 1925, at the City Hall in said
City, at 9:00 o' clock A. IT. , receive and hear remonstrances of all
interested persons to the confirmation of said resolution ordering
said improvement, and no remonstrances having been presented at the
time and place aforesaid,
TH+ E?ORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Aiami Beach, Florida, that the said resolution of said City Council
ordering said Sewer Improvement SR-85, District SR-85, be and the
same is hereby confirmed, and said City Council hereby determines
that the said improvement shall be of terra cotta and said Council
hereby declares its intention to have said work dome by City forces
without contract.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 24th y of October, A. D. , 1925.
