RESOLUTION NO. 1206
BE IT RESOLVED BY TIE CI'iY COUNCIL OF TIE CITY
OF MI_MI BEACH, FLORIDA:
That the City of Miami Beach hereby waives all
objections to the proposed construction of a landing
in Indian Creek for Mr. warren B. 2erris, adjacent to
an out-lot situated between Collins Avenue and said
Indian Creek and lying opposite to Lot 29 , of the First
Ocean 2ront Subdivision of the Miami Beach Bay chore
Com_nanty, all as shown on a set of three drawings pre-
pared by the -iscayne engineering Company of Miami,
Florida, wader date of October 12th, 1925, to accompany
an application to the War Department for permission to
construct said landing.
