RESOLUTION NO. 1213
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA:
That said City has no objections to the proposed
placing of piling guards for a pipe line in the Atlantic
Ocean adjacent to Lot 44, Block 1 of Second Ocean Front
Subdivision of the Miami Beach Bay Shore Company, in the
City of Miami Beach, for Beach Properties , Inc. , and here-
by waives all objections to said proposed construction as
shown on a drawing prepared by the W. E. Brown Engineering .
Company, Inc. , and dated November 10th, 1925.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 18th day of November, A. D. ,
1925.
