RESOLUTION NO. 1215
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF TTE CITY OF
MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA:
That said City has no objections to the proposed
construction of a pier in Biscayne Bay, adjacent to Lot
7 of Block 1 of the Fleetwood Subdivision in the City of
Miami Beach for Mr. W. L. Bonwell, and hereby waives all
objections to said construction in accordance with a
sketch prepared by the W. E. Brown Engineering Company,
Inc. , under date of October 27th, 1925.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 18th day of November , A. D. ,
1925.
