DISTRICT SR-90 SANITARY SEWER I - 'ROV 'HENT SR-90
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY CODICIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA:
That the construction of the following described improvement
is hereby ordered to be made ; the City Council hereby setting
forth its intention to proceed under Section 29 of the City
Charter.
Sh-90 The laying underground of an 8" Terra Cotta Sanitary
Sewer, or an 8" Concrete Sanitary Sewer, and necessary
manholes and appurtenances:
In West Twenty-eighth Street to and across Sheridan
Avenue in a direction pe.rrendicular to said Sheridan
Avenue, from a point o ion feet South of the North
line o2 said West Twenty-eighth Street and seventy-two
feet EastrHoc the East line of said Sheridan Avenue to

a point feet East of the West line of said Sheridan
Avenue ;
At or near the curb on each side of said Sheridan
Avenue, from an intersection with the aforesaid line
across said Sheridan Avenue to a point twenty-five
feet South of the .South line of West Thirtieth Street ;
In the intersection of said West `-wenty-eighth Street
and Ouimet Avenue , from the intersection of a4_line
five feet South of the North line of said West Twenty-
eighth Street with the center line of said Ouimet
Avenue, as a point of beginning, to a point near the
Northeast corner of said Ouimet Avenue and said West
Twenty-eighth Street, said point beingthm.e feet South
of the North line of said West Twenty-eighth Street
and three feet West of the Last line of said Ouimet
Avenue;
In the saidintersection of West Twenty-eighth Street and
Ouimet Avenue , from the aforesaid point of beginning to
a point three feet East of the West line of said Ouimet
Avenue and perpeddicular to the aforesaid point near
the Northeast corner of Ouimet Avenue and West Twenty-
eighth Street;
At or near the curb on each side of said Ouimet Avenue ,
from the terminal points of the aforesaid lines in the
said intersection of Ouimet Avenue and West Twenty-
eighth Street to a point twenty-five feet South of the
South line of West Twenty-nin*h Street;
At or near the North curb of said West Twenty-eighth
Street, from the aforesaid point near the Northeast
corner of said Ouimet Avenue and said West Twenty-eighth
Street to a point forty-six feet West of the West line
of sfid Sheridan Avenue ;
At or near the curb on each side of said Ouimet Avenue,
from a point twenty-five feet North of the North line
of West Thirty-first Street to a point twenty-five feet
South of the South line of West Thirty-fourth Street ;

At or near the curb on each side of said Ouimet Avenue
from a point twenty-five feet North of the North line
of said West Thirty-fourth Street to a point thirty-
six feet South of the South line of West Fortieth Street;
In the intersection of West Thirty-seventh Street End
said Ouimet Avenue , from a point seven feet East of the
West line of said OuimetAvvnue, to a point seven feet
West of the East line of said Ouimet Avenue ;
In and across said Ouimet Avenue ata,„ppoint three hundred
feet South of the outh line of said;;-Thirty-fourth Street
with the intersection of a line three feet East of the
West line of said Ouimet Avenue as a point of beginning,
to a point three feet West of the East line of said
Ouimet Avenue ;
Together with a 6" Terra Cotta, or a 6" Concrete , Sewer
Lateral from each of such main sewers to the line of
approximately each fifty feet of adjacent property; as
a port of the main Improvement.
The laying underground of an 18" Terra Cotta Sanitary
Sewer, or an 18" Concrete Sanitary Sewer, and necessary
manholes and appurtenances:
At or near the North curb of said West Twenty-eighth
Street, from the center line of Prairie Avenue North
of said West Twenty-eighth Street to the center:Vf said
Ouimet Avenue ;
The laying underground of a 21" Terra Cotta Sanitary
Sewer, cr a 21" Concrete Sanitary Sewer, and necessary
manholes and appurtenances :
At or near the outh curb of West Forty-first Street,
from the center:6f said Ouimet Avenue to a point fifteen
feet East of the East line of Biscayne Waterway;
At or near the North curb of said West Twenty-eighth
Street, fromsaidpoint seventy-two feet East of the East
line of said Sheridan Avenue to the West line of Pine
Tree Drive ;
Together with a 6" Terra Cotta, or a 6" Concrete, Sewer
Lateral from each of such main sewers to the line of
approximately each fifty feet of adjacent property;
as a part of the main Improvement.
The laying underground of a 30" Terra Cotta Sanitary
Sewer , or a 30" Concrete Sanitary Sewer , and necessary
manholes and appurtenances :
At or near the North curb of said West Twenty-eighth
Street, from the center line of said Ouimet Avenue to the
aforesaid point Seventy-two feet East of the East line of
said Sheridan Avenue.
As said Streets, Avenues, Drive 2nd Waterway are shown
on a Plat recorded lin=iiiinidomea=stM in Plat Book No. 4,
Page 154; in Plat 3ook No. 6 , Page 111; in Plat Book No.8,
rage 161; in Plat Book No. 8, Pages 39 and 116 ; all of
the Public lecords of Dade County, Florida.
Ana it is hereby directed that the material , nature ,
character and size of said Improvement be sublIeW ent.y
determined in conformity with one of such descriptions .
il The City :_]iiineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file
with the City Clerk plans and specifications of each kind of
said imurovement and an estimate of the cost of each, including
an estimate of the cost of the expenses of preliminary and other
surveys, the inspection and superintendence of the work, the
preparation of plans and specifications and estimates, the
printing and publication of notices and proceedings , the pre-
paration of bonds, interest during construction, lega4 services,
abstracts, etc. , and any other expenses necessary and proper in
i
conducting the proceedings and work herein provided for; and the
j ' estimated amount to be assessed against each front foot of the
'4 abutting property.
This improvement shall be designated in all proceedings, assess-
ments and bonds as Sewer Improvement SR-90 , and the property
against which assessments therefor may be made for the cost
thereof shall be designated as District SR-90 .
