RESOLUTION NO.. 1238
DISTRICT SR-92 SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT SR-92

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA:
That the construction of the following described improvement is
hereby ordered to be made ; the City Council hereby setting forth
;m. its intention to proceed under Section 29 of the City Charter.
II SR-92 The laying underground of a 15" Terra Cotta Sanitary Sewer,
or a 15" Concrete Sanitary Sewer, and necessary manholes
and appurtenances:
At or near the Last curb of Indian Creek Drive, from the
center line of Thirtieth Street to a point five feet North
of the South line of the Lot 11, Block 10 , Amended Map of
the Ocean Front Property of the Miami Beach Improvement
Company;
Together with a 6" Terra Cotta, or a 6" Concrete, Sewer
{ Lateral from sash this main sewer to the line of approxi-
mately each fifty feet of adjacent property; as a part of
the main Improvement;
As said Stteet Drive and Subdivision are shown on Plats
recorded in Plat Book No. 5, Pages 7 and 8; and as said
street is named and designated in Ordinance No. 170,
recorded in Deed Book No . 297 , Page 242; all of the Public
Records of Dade County, Florida,
And it is hereby directed that the material, nature , character
and size of said Improvement be subsequently determined in
conformity with one of such descriptions.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with
the City Clerk plans and specifications of each kind of said improve-
ment and an estimate of the cost of each, including an estimate of
the cost of the expenses of preliminary and other surveys, the in-
spection and superintendence of the work, the preparation of plans
and specifications and estimates, the printing and publication of
notices and proceedings, the preparation of bonds , interest during
construction, legal services, abstracts, etc. , and any other expenses
necessary and proper in conducting the proceedings and work herein
provided for ; and the estimated amount to be assessed against each
front foot of abutting property.
This Improvement shall be designated in all proceedings, assessments
and bonds as Sewer Improvement SR-92, and the property against which
assessments therefor may be made for the cost thereof shall be
designated as District SR-92.
