;RESOLUTION NO. 1239
DISTRICT SR-93 SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT SR-93
BE IT RJSOLVED BY THE CITY CO NCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA:
That the construction of the following descriped improvement is
hereby ordered to be made ; the City Council hereby setting forth
its intention to proceed under Section 29 of the city Charter.
SK-93 The laying underground of an 8" Terra Cotta Sanitary Sewer,
or an 8" Concrete Sanitary Sewer, and necessary manholes and.
appurtenances:
At or mar the center of North Bay .Road from a point seven
feet East of the West line of Alton Road, South of Biscayne
Waterway, to a point sixty-five feet North of the North
line of Twentieth Street;
At or near the center of Twenty-first Street, from the
center line of said North Bay Road. to a point seven feet
East of the West line of said Alton goad;
The laying underground of a 10" Terra Cotta Sanitary Sewer,
or a 10" Concrete Sanitary Sewer, and necessary manholes
and appurtenances:
At or near the center of West Twenty-seventh Street , from
the center line of said. North Bay Road to a point seven
feet East of the West line of said Alton Road;
Together with a 6" Terra Cotta, or a 6" Concrete , Sewer
Lateral ftom each of such main sewers to the line of
approximately each fifty feet of adjacent property; as
a part of the main Improvement.
The laying underground of an 18" Terra Cotta Sanitary Sewer,
or an 18" Concrete Sanitary Sewer, and necessary manholes
and appurtenances:
At or near the center of said West Twenty-seventh Street,
from a point seven feet East of the West line of said Alton
Road across said lton Road to the intersection of the East
line thereof with the center line of a ten foot easement
across the Miami Beach Bay Shore Golf Course , described as
follows:- the center of said ten foot easement being the
line between the intersection of the center line of said
West Twenty-seventh Street with the center line of said
Alton Road and the intersection of the center line of West
Twenty-eighth Street with the center line a' North Meridian
Avenue ;
Also in the renter of said ten foot easement from said inter-
section- with the East line of said Alton Road to the Jest
line of said North Meridian Avenue ;
At or near the center of said West Twenty-eighth Street,
from the intersection of the said center line of said ten
foot easement with the said West line of said North Meridian
Avenue to the center line of Prairie .,venue , North of said
West Twenty-eighth Street ;

As said Roads, Streets , Avenues, Golf Course and Waterway
are shown on Plats recorded in Plat Book No. 4, Page 200 ;
in Plat Book No. 7 , Page 161; in Plat Book No. 8, Page 52;
and in Plat Book No. 9 , Page 145; all of the Public Records
of Dade County, Florida.
And it is hereby directed that the material , nature, character
and size of said improvement be subsequently determined in
conformity with one of such descriptions.
The City ;angineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with
the City Clerk plans and specifications of each kind of said
improvement and an estimate of the cost of each, including an
estimate of the cost of the expenses of preliminary and other
surveys , the inspection and superintendence of the work, the
preparation of plans and specifications and estimates, the print-
ing and publication of notices and proceedings , the preparation
of bonds, interest during construction, legal services , abstracts,
etc. , and eny other expenses necessary and proper in conducting
the proceedings and. work herein provided for; and the estimated
amount to be assessed against each front foot of abutting property.
This Improvement shall be designated in all proceedings , assess-
ments and bonds as Sewer Improvement SR-93, and. the property
against which assessments therefor may be made for the cost there-
of shall be designated as District e'R-93.
