RESOLUTION NO. 1243
District SR-89 Sanitary Sewer Improvement SR-89
WHEREAS, on the 18th day of November, 1925 , the City Council
passed and adopted a resolution ordering the improvement desig-
nated as Sanitary Sewer Improvement SR-89 , District SR-89, and
directed the City Engineer to prepare and file plans and speci-
fications of such improvement and an estimate of the cost therecf,
including an estimate of the incidental expenses, and the said
plans and specifications and estimate of cost and estimate of
incidental expenses have been filed by the City Engineer with
the City Clerk.
T71-,REPO E, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Miami
Beach, Florida, that the City Clerk shall cause to be posted at
the door of the City Hall in the City of Miami Beach, Hardie's
Casino and the U. S. Post Office in the City of Miami Beach, a
notice stating that at a meeting of the City Council of Miami
Beach to be held at the City Hall in the City of Miami Beach on
the 2nd day of December, 1925, at 9:00 o' clock A. LI. , the City
Council will hear the remonstrances of all persons interested
to the confirmation of said resolution ordering said improvement.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 18th of November, A. D. , 1925.
