RESOLUTION NO. 1244
District SR-90 Sanitary Sewer Improvement SR-90
WHEREAS, on the 18th day of November, 1925, the City Council
passed and adopted a resolution ordering the improvement designated
as Sanitary Sewer Improvement SR-90, District SR-90, and directed
the City Engineer to prepare and file plans and specifications of
such improvement and an estimate of the cost thereof, including
an estimate of the incidental expenses, and the said -clans and
specifications and estimate of cost and estimate of incidental
expenses have bean filed by the City Engineer with the City Clerk.
THEREFORE, BE IT a. SOLV. D by the City Council of Miami Beach,
Florida, that the City Clerk shall cause to be posted at the door
of the City Hall in the City of Miami Beach, Hardie 's Casino and
the U. S. Post Office in the City of Miami Beach, a notice stating
that at a meeting of the City Council of Miami Beach to be held
at the City Hall in the City of Miami Beach on the 2nd day of Decem-
ber, 1925, at 9 : 00 o ' clock A. M. , the City Council will hear the
remonstrances of all persons interested to the confirmation of said
resolution ordering said improvement.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 18th day of November, A.D. , 1925.
