RESOLUTION NO. 1255
A RESOLUTION APPROVING A CERTAIN
PLAT OF SUNSET ISLANDS, A SUBDI-
VISION OF A PART OF SECTIONS 27,
28,. 33 and 34, TOWNSHIP 53 SOUTH,
RANGE 42 EAST, IN MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA, AND ACCEPTING THE SEVERAL
HIGHr'YAY AND BRIDGE SITES DEDICATED
ON SAID PLAT TO THE PUBLIC USE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF 1E CITY OF MIAMI
BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1: WTTTP,REAS, Miami Beach Bay Shore Com--zany and
The Sunset Islands Company have caused to be prepared and have
executad a certain plat of certain lands owned by them respec-
tively in Sections 27 , 28, 33 and 34, in Township 53 South,
Range 42 East, in the City of Miami Beach, Florida, and have ,
by appropriate words written on said plat, dedicated to the pub-
lic use for highway and bridge purposes the highways, streets
and bridge sites shown on said plat and/or described in the de-
dication thereon and have filed with the City Council a blue
print of said plat , and have exhibited said original plat to
the City Council,
Section 2: NOW, THEREPOI , BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COU'TCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that the said plat
be and the same hereby is approved and that each and every of
the several highways, streets and bridge sites dedicated on and/
or by said plat be and the same are hereby accepted by said City
and the President of said' City Council and the City Engineer be
and they are hereby directed to endorse such approval on the
original of said plat and to deliver the same to said Companies.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of December , A. D. , 1925.
