RESOLUTION NO.1257
BE IT RESOLVED BY TIE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA:
That the City Council of the City of Miami Beach
hereby waives all objections to the proposed construc-
tion of a steel bulkhead along the Miami Municipal Chan-
nel for Mr. S. R. Inch, successor to Miami Beach Electric
Company, as shown on a plat made to accompany the applica-
tion to the War Department for permit ftw said construc-
tion.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of December ,
