`9SOLUTIOIN NO. 1261
HE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THi CITY
OF MIAMI BEACH, r'LORIDA:
Section 1: That, Whereas, application, having
been made to the War Department by Mr. S. R. Inch,
successor to Miami Beach Electric Company, for -permis-
sion to install two submarine cables along the north
side of the east via-duct of the Miami Causeway, as
shown on a drawing prepared by said Mr. S. R. Inch to
accompany his application to the dar Department for
permit for said construction,
Section 2: That this City Council does hereby
waive all objections to said proposed installation and
does hereby authorize Claude A. Renshaw, as City Mana-
ger of said City, to sin and deliver in behalf of said
City, a written waiver of objectio_is to the aforesaid
installation, if said installatiois acceptable to him.
PASSED AID ADOPTED this 6th day of January, A.
