Dear Mr. Parcher:
Thank you for your courtesy letter of December 6, 2001, advising me that I have not filed
the Lobbyist Expenditure form. Unfortunately, I did not receive the form that was mailed to me
on August 24, 2001, neither did I receive any phone calls from your office, which was probably
due to my leaving the firm of Greenberg Traurig earlier this year.
I have now filed the Lobbyist Expenditure form with your office and enclose a copy for
your information. As reflected thereon, that form was filed last month shortly upon receiving
your courtesy reminder. If. any of your other records reflect an address other than that for my
current law firm, Akerman Senterfitt, I would appreciate it if your office would update them
accordingly.
