GRADUATION FROM THE NORTHWESTERN UNIVERSITY CENTER FOR
PUBLIC SAFETY, SCHOOL OF POLICE STAFF AND COMMAND
COURSE BY POLICE CAPTAIN THOMAS SKINNER
This Letter to the Commission is to advise of the recent graduation of Police Captain
Thomas Skinner from the prestigious Northwestern University Center for Public Safety,
School of Police Staff and Command course.
Captain Skinner attended the School of Police Staff and Command's 164th Class that was
held from September 24, 2001 to November 30, 2001. This ten-week course is designed
to prepare upper and mid-level law enforcement managers and supervisors for senior
management positions.
We would like to take this opportunity to congratulate Captain Skinner on this wonderful
achievement. Captain Skinner is another example of the fine and professional men and
women who work in our Police Department.
