Dear Mr. Pareher:
It was recently brought to my attention that the City of Miami Beach records continue to
reflect that I am registered as a lobbyist on behalf of Victor Posner; Security Management Corp.;
Victor Posner Trust, etc.; Platinum Property Realty, Inc., and Brenda Nestor Castellano. Please
be advised that I do not, and for some time now have not, represented any of these entities, nor
conducted any lobbying activities.
Accordingly, please consider this as my official "Certificate of Withdrawal," within the
meaning of applicable City of Miami Beach ordinances. I would appreciate written confirmation
of the foregoing, and thank you in advance for your time and attention to this matter.
