Rue Versailles, from Marseille Drive to Normandy Drive, and . Rue Notre Dame, from Marseille Drive to Normandy Drive. Pursuant to the dissolution of the firm of Gambach and Sklar Architects, Inc., on January 9, 2002, the Mayor and City Commission adopted a Resolution approving the assignment of the contract between the City and the aforementioned firm to Gambach Architects Inc. for the development of design and provision of construction administration services for the Marseille Drive Streetscape improvements project. Landscaping, including shade trees, . Irrigation system, and . Improvement of the drainage system. The project's program generally includes: . .. , ... ~ / On January 9, 2002, the City Commission also approved an amendment to the Agreement with Gambach Architects, Inc. to include the provision of bidding coordination and construction administration services for the water lines replacement and lighting improvements, previously designed by Public Works Department staff. In light of the new directives received from the City Commission, Capital Improvement Projects (CIP) Office staff mobilized all parties involved in the project and started with the final coordination and review of documents necessary for issuance of the Marseille Drive project for bids. Confirmation of the available project budget with Finance Department staff. 2. Preparation of the Purchase Requisition for the project. 3. Coordination with Gambach Architects, Inc. and Procurement Division staff of the project's Front End Document. 4. Final coordination of the Technical Specifications with Gambach Architects Inc., and Public Works engineering staff. 5. Final review of the documents and appropriate permit pre-approval by relevant Building Department, Public Works, and Planning Departments staff. 6. Miami-Dade County DERM permit pre-approval. 7. HRS approval will be obtained during the bidding process. The bid process is well underway. The project was issued for bids on March 6, 2002. A pre-bid conference is scheduled for March 21, 2001. Bid opening is estimated for April 5, 2002. ; The Architect/Engineer's estimate of Probable Cost for the project indicates that the City should receive bids within the funding allowance. . .
