Gonzalez ~) ~ City Manager REQUEST FOR PRODUCTION - REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY Date: March 11, 2002 ATLANTIC CIVIL, INC, VS. MIAMI BEACH Please be advised that the City has been served with a Request for Production (RFP) regarding the above referenced litigation. The RFP is very comprehensive and contains requests for every document within the City's possession regarding the South Pointe Streetscape Improvements Phase I project. At this time, electronic documents or files are not needed, but documents related to the RFP that are currently in storage will be needed. The CIP Office has been appointed as the lead department on this issue. The CIP Office will coordinate the collection, reproduction and delivery of the requested documentation from each affected department in the City, including that of the Mayor and City Commission. The CIP Office will be holding meetings with each affected department in the very near future to discuss the process for collection and reproduction. Staff from the affected departments will need to work with CIP staff to identify the appropriate documentation and allow the CIP staff access to departmental files for reproduction purposes. The original due date for this RFP is March 22, 2002. The City will be requesting an extension of sixty (60) days in which to complete the collection, reproduction and delivery process.
