GENERAL LIABILITY INSURANCE

Risk Management has reviewed the liability insurance provided to the City of Miami Beach
by Armor Security Inc. Armor Security Inc. has provided proof of General Liability
Insurance with primary limits of $1 ,000,000 with $10,000,000 excess liability for a total limit
of $11,000,000. This insurance exceeds minimum requirements.
Since the City of Miami Beach liability claims are capped by statute for
$100,000/$200,000, it is felt that in most instances, the minimum requirement of
$1,000,000 for General Liability Insurance is sufficient.

We have reviewed Armor Security's insurance. Armor currently has
General Liability Insurance with primary limits of $1,000,000 with
$10,000,000. excess for a total limit of $11,000,000.
Since the City is capped at $100,000/$200,000, we require a minimum of
$1,000,000 which is more than adequate.
