The purpose of this LTC is to bring to your attention the three consecutively scheduled
meetings on Thursday, April 4, 2002 (listed below). Obviously this is a very tight schedule.
It appears that coordinating time on each of your schedules for these three important topics
has been difficult. Please advise me if you wish to try to reschedule any of the meetings or
you wish to succeed.

2. 4:00 P.M. -- Miami Beach Chamber of Commerce Board of Governors meeting
3. 7:00 P.M. -- 72nd Street Site Meeting, Commission Chambers
