RESOLUTION NUMBER 1263
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Miami Beach,
Florida, as follows:
Section 1. That that part of Dade Boulevard and Meridian
Avenue shown on the plat hereinafter mentioned and described as
follows : .
Beginning at a point at the north line of
Dade Boulevard one hundred twenty-three and
two-hundredths (123.02) feet northeast of the
intersection of said north line of Dade Boule-
vard, produced westerly, with the East line of
North Meridian Avenue, produced southerly, as
shown on the Plat of Resubdivision of Lot 1,
Block 1, Mid-Golf Subdivision, recorded in Plat
Book 9, Page 143, of the Public Records of Dade
County, Florida, said point of beginning being
the point of tangency of the present radial
curve of forty (40) feet radius; thence running
westerly along said North line of Dade Boulevard,
produced westerly, for a distance of forty-six
and thirteen-hundredths (46.13) feet ; thence from
the last said point as the point of curvature along
the radial curve of twenty-five (25) feet radius
and a center angle of one-hundred forty-three de-
grees, fifty-eight minutes and forty seconds (143
58: 40" ) to a point of tangency at the east line
of North Meridian Avenue produced; thence northerly
along said east line of North Meridian Avenue, pro-
duced, for a distance of forty-six and thirteen
hundredths (46.13) feet ; thence from the last said
point as a point of curvature along the present
radial curve of forty (40) feet radius and a center
angle of one hundred forty-three degrees, fifty-
eight minutes and forty seconds (143 581 40" ) to the
point of tangency, the point of beginning.
Be and the same is hereby vacated and discontinued as a street or
.ighway, said described land being no longer necessary for street
purposes.
Section 2. That this Resolution shall be effective immediate-
ly upon its passage.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 6th day of January, A. D. 1926.
