Resolution 1270 RESOLUTION 1 NO. 1270
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAUI
BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1: Whereas, the Miami Beach Improvement Company
has caused to be prepared and has executed a certain plat show-
ing a dedication of public highways in properties owned by them
and desi mated Orchard Subdivision ?o. 4, in the City of Miami
Beach, Florida, and have, by appropriate words written on said
plat, dedicated to the public use for highway purposes the high-
ways, streets , avenues and alleys shown on said plat and/or de-
scribed in the dedication thereon and have filed with the City
Council a blue print of said plat and have exhibited the original plat
to the City Council.
Section 2: Whereas, the Miami Beach Bay Shore Company has
caused to be prepared and has executed a certain plat showing a
dedication of a portion of Dade Boulevard in the City of Miami
Beach, Florida, and have, by appropriate words written on said
plat, dedicated to the public use for highway purposes, Dade Boule-
vard, as shown on said plat and/or describd in the dedication
thereon and have filed with the City Council, a blue print of
said plat and have exhibited the original plat to the City Co-rncil.
Section 3: Whereas, the Miami Beach Bay Shore Company has
caused to be prepared ard has executed a certain plat entitled,
"Resubdivision of Part of Lot 21, Block 1; Lots 17 , 18 and 19 ,
Block 1; Lots 17, 18 , 19, Block 2 and Part of Lot 21, Block 2,
of Miami Beach Bay Shore Company' s 2nd Ocean 'ront Subdivision" ,
in the City of ::iami Beach, Florida, and have by appropriate
words written on said plat dedicated to the public use for high-
way purposes, the avenue, drive and street shown on said plat
and/or described in the dedication thereon and have filed with
the City Council a blue print of said plat and have exhibited
the original plat to the City Council.
Section 4: NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
CODICIL OF THE CITY OF MI JI BEACH, FLORIDA, that the three a-
foresaid plats be and the same are hereby approved and that each
and every one of the several highways, streets , boulevards, ave-
nues, drives and alleys dedicated on and/or by said plats be and
the same are hereby accepted by said City and the president of
said City Council and the City Engineer be and they are hereby
directed to endorse such approval on the original of said plats
and to deliver the same to said companies.
