RESOLUTION NO. 1272
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OP MIAMI
BEACH, FLORIDA:
ection 1: Whereas, the olaterview Inc , has caused to be
prepared "and has executedla certain plat showing a dedication of
public highways in properties owned by them and designated Lake
View Heights Subdivision, in the City of Miami Beach, Florida,
and have , by appropriate words written on said plat, dedicated to
the'public use for highway purposes , the highways, streets, avenues
plat court shown on said and/or described in the dedication
thereon and have filed with the City Council a blue print of said
plat and have exhibited the original plat to the City Council.
Section 2: Whereas, the Biscayne Point Realty Corporation
and the Tatum Ocean Park Company, have caused to be prepared and
have executed a certain plat showing a dedication of a public high-
way in properties owned by them and designated 1st Addition to Biscayne
Point, in the City of Miami Beach, Florida, and have , by appropriate
words written on said plat , dedicated to the public use for highway
purposes the avenue shown on said plat and/or described in the dedi-
cation thereon and have filed with the City Council a blue print of
said plat and have exhibited the original plat to the City Council.
6ection 3: Whereas, White and Woodward have caused to be
prepared and have executed a certain plat entitled, "Resubdivision of
Lots 5 and 6 , Block 103, The Ocean Beach Realty Company' s Ocean Beach
Addition No. 3", in the City of Miami Beach, Florid
ve , by
appropriate words written on said plat, dedicated to�the dpualic use
for highway purposes , the ten alle -
snoshownon said plat and/or

described in the dedication thereon and have filed with the City
Council a blue print of said plat and have exhibited the original
plat to the City Council.
Section 4: NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OP THE CITY OF kTIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that the three aforesaid plats
be and the same are hereby approved and that each and every one of
the several highways, streets, avenues, court
and/or by said plats be , and the same are herebndacceptedeblcsaid on
City and the President Pro-tem of said City Council and theCityEn-
gineer be and they are hereby directed to endorse such approval on
the original of said plats and to deliver the same to said companies.
