RESOLUTION NO. 1277
• B$ IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL Or T s' CITY Or
MIAMI BEACH, PLOR IDA:
Section 1: That, ,ihereas, application, having been
made to the Iar Department by dr. S. R. Inch, successor
to Miami reach Electric Company, for permission to install
submarine cables in Indian Creek along the South side of
Allison Island Draw bridge, as shown on a drawing prepared
by said Mr. S. R. Inch under date of November 7th, 1925,
to accompany his application to the War Department for per-
mit for said construction.
Section 2: That this. City Council does hereby waive
all objections to said proposed installation and does here-
by authorize Claude A. Renshaw, as City Manager of said City,
to sin and deliver in behalf of said City, a written waiver
of objections to the aforesaid installation, if said instal-
lation is acceptable to him.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 27th day of January, A. D. ,
1926.
