RESOLUTION NO. 1289
District SR-95 Sanitary Sewer Improvement SR-95
WHEREAS, the City Council, by resolution passed and adopted
on the 18th day of November, 1925, ordered the Sewer Improvement
SR-95, District SR-95, and the City Engineer, under direction of
the City Council, has prepared and filed with the City Clerk plans
and specifications of such improvement and an estimate of the cost
thereof, including an estimate of the cost of the incidental expens-
es of said iir:provement, and whereas due notice by publication as
required by the City Charter has been made that the City Council
would on the 2nd day of December, 1925, at the City Hall in said
City at 9 :00 o ' clock A. ii. , receive and hear remonstrances of all

interested persons to the confirmation of said resolution ordering
said improvement, and no remonstrances having been presented at the
time and place aforesaid,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLV�ID by the City Council of the City
of Miami Beach, Florida, that the said resolution of said City
Council ordering said Sewer Improvement SR-95, District SR-95, be
and the same is hereby confirmed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 17thda of Febbruar(y, A. D. , 1926.
