RESOLUTION NO. 1291
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THC; CITY
OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1: That, euhereas, application, having
been made to the ear Department by the .r'lorida Power
& Light Company for permission to install submarine
cables in Indian Creek along the soath side of Allison
Island .craw bridge , as shown on a drawing prepared by
said Florida Power w Light Company under date of Novem-
ber 7th,. 1925, to accompany their application to the
War Department for permit for said construction.
Section 2: That this City Council does hereby
waive all objections to said proposed installation and
does hereby authorize Claude A. Renshaw,: as City Manager
of said City, to sign and deliver in behalf of said City,
a written waiver of objections to the aforesaid instal-
lation_,r if said installation is acceptable to him.
