RESOLUTION NO. 1294
BE IT RESOLVED BY TEE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1: That, Whereas/ application/ having
been made to the War Department by J. W. Popham for
permission to construct a boat landing in Biscayne
Bay adjacent to Lot 42, Star Island in the City of
Miami Beach, as shown on a set of drawings prepared
by the Biscayne Engineering Company and designated
Sheet 1 of 3, Sheet 2 of 3 and Sheet 3 of 3, under
date of January, 1926, to accompany his application
to the .liar Department for permit for said construction.
Section 2: That this City Council does hereby
waive all objections to said proposed construction and
does hereby authorize Claude A. Renshaw, as City Mana-
ger of said City, to sign and deliver in behalf of said
City, a written waiver of objections to the aforesaid
construction, if said construction is acceptable to him.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 17th day of February, A.
