RESOLUTION NO. 1296
BE IT RESOLVED BY TH 1 CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1: Whereas, the Peninsula Terminal Company
has caused to be prepared and has executed a certain plat
entitled, "Commercial Subdivision of Harbor Terminal", in
the City of Liiami Beach, Florida, and has, by appropriate
words written on said plat , dedicated to the public use for
highway purposes, the highways, alleys and easements shown
on said plat and/or described in the dedication thereof and
have filed with the City Council a blue print of said plat
and have exhibited the original plat to the City Council.
Section 2: NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that the
aforesaid plat be and the same is hereby approved and that
each of the several highways, alleys and easements dedicated
on and/or by said plat be, and the same are hereby accepted
by said City and the President of said City Council and the
City ngineer be and they are hereby directed to endorse
such approval on the original of said plat and to deliver
the same to said company.
