BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI
BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1.
That a Sanitary Sewer has been constructed and
is owned and operated by the City of Miami Beach,
Florida, in Alton Road from Fifth Street to First
Street.

Section 2.
That all owners of the following property abutting
the aforesaid Road ,- Lots 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15,
19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 25, 26, 27, 28, 29, 30, 31, 32,
33, 36, 37, 38 and 42, all of Block 111, Ocean Beach
Acdiion No. 3, as per Plat recorded in Plat Book
No. 2, Page 81, of the Public Records of Dade County,
Florida, except the owners of the lots who have been
already connected therewith, be and they are hereby
ordered to connect their several properties with
the Sewer hereinbefore mentioned, constructed, owned
and operated by the said City, and that such con-
nection to be made within ten days after the first
publication of such notice, and that upon default
of compliance with this order the City Council will
contr_:ct for or make such connections at such dis-
tances and in accordance with specifications now
on file in the office of the City Engineer of said
City, the whole cost of the several connections to
be, by said City Council, made a lien against the
particular property with which the connection is
made, of the same extent and character as the liens
in the Charter of said City, provided for special
assessments, which charge shall be forthwith due
and payable with the same penalties and with the
same richt of collection and sale and forfeiture
as obtain for City Taxes.
Section 3.
That a notice in substantially the following form
be published at intervals of seven days in The Miami
Herald, a newspaper of general circulation in the
City of Miami Beach, Florida.
"NOTICE TO CONNECT WITH SEWERS
Notice is hereby given that all owners of the
following property abutting upon Alton Road from
Fifth Street to First Street, Lots 10, 11, 12, 13,
14, 15, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 25, 26, 27, 28, 29, 30,
31, 32, 33, 36, 37, 38 and 4-2, all of Block 111,
Ocean Beach Addition No. 3, as per Plat recorded in
Plat Book No. 2, Pae Sl, of the Public Records of
Dade County, Florida, except the owners of lots who
have been already connected with a sewer, be and
they are hereby ordered to connect their several
properties on or before March 1st, 1926, with a
sewer constructed in aforesaid Road, and owned and
operated by the City of Miami Beach; otherwise the
City Council will contract for or make such connection
agbe and the whole cost of such connection will be made a
e ,
lien against the particular property with which
the connection is made of the same extent and
character as the lien in the City Charter provided
for special ass4ssments, which charge shall be
forthwith dueand payable, with the same penalties
and with the same rights of collection and sale
and forfeiture as obtain for City Taxes" .
