AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1891,
BEING THE COMPREHENSIVE ZONING ORDINANCE
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, BY
REMOVING LOTS 1 THROUGH 4, BLOCK 25,
OCEAN BEACH ADDITION NO. 3, PLAT BOOK 2,
PAGE 81 FROM THE C-1 USE DISTRICT AND
PLACING THE SAME IN THE RH HOSPITAL DIS-
TRICT AND AMENDING ZONING MAPS ACCORDINGLY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That the following described parcels of land, to -wit:
Lots 1 through 4, Block 25, OCEAN
BEACH ADDITION No. 3, according
to the Plat thereof, as recorded
in Plat Book 2, at Page 81, of the
Public Records of Dade County,
Florida
be and the same are hereby removed from the C-1 Use District and
are hereby placed in the RH HOSPITAL District, as said Districts
are defined and set forth in said Ordinance; and that the Zoning
Maps attached to and made a part to said Ordinance are hereby
amended accordingly.
SECTION 2. All Ordinances in conflict herewith be and the
same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall go into effect immediately upon
passage and posting as required by law.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 18th day of OCTOBER, 1972.

LOTS 1 THROUGH 4, BLOCK 25, OCEAN BEACH ADDITION NO. 3, PLAT BOOK 2,
PAGE 81 FROM THE C-1 USE DISTRICT AND PLACING THE SAME IN THE RH
HOSPITAL DISTRICT AND AMENDING ZONING MAPS ACCORDINGLY."
having been passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of
Miami Beach, Florida, has been posted by me in three conspicuous
places in the City of Miami Beach, one of which was at the door
of the City Hall in said City on the 19th day of October, 1972,
and that said Ordinance remained posted for a period of at least
thirty days in accordance with the requirements of the City Charter
of the said City of Miami Beach.

affixed the official seal of the City of Miami Beach, Florida,
on this the 6th day of December, 1972.
