AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 31.6.1 OF
THE CODE OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That Section 31.6.1 of the Code of the City of Miami
Beach, Florida, which reads as follows:
"31.6.1 - The facilities of the
Boxing Commission in the Municipal
Auditorium being necessary and
essential to the conduct and
staging of wrestling programs, a
fee of One Hundred Fifty Dollars
($150.00) for each such wrestling
program, shall be paid to the
Boxing Commission for the use of
said facilities."
be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows:
"31.6.1 - The facilities of the
Boxing Commission in the Municipal
Auditorium being necessary and
essential to the conduct and
staging of wrestling programs, a
fee of One Hundred Twenty -Five
Dollars ($125.00) for each such
wrestling program, shall be paid
to the Boxing Commission for the
use of said facilities."
SECTION 2. That all Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in
conflict herewith be and the same are hereby
repealed.
SECTION 3. That this Ordinance is adopted as an emergency
measure under the provisions of Section 9 of
the Charter and shall be effective as of October 18, 1972.

having been passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of
Miami Beach, Florida, has been posted by me in three conspicuous
places in the City of Miami Beach, one of which was at the door
of the City Hall in said City on the 8th day of February, 1973,
and that said Ordinance remained posted for a period of at least
thirty days in accordance with the requirements of the City Charter
of the said City of Miami Beach.
