AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1891,
BEING THE COMPREHENSIVE ZONING ORDINANCE
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1 - That Ordinance No. 1891, being the Comprehensive
Zoning Ordinance of the City of Miami Beach, Florida,
and the maps attached thereto or made a part thereof, be and the
same are hereby amended so as to exclude from RS -4 Use District
and to include in the RM -60 Use District the following parcels of
land:
Lots 1 through 4, Block 69, LINCOLN SUBDIVISION,
as recorded in Plat Book 9, page 69, of the Public
Records of Dade County, Florida, and
Lots 1 and 24, Block 93, OCEAN BEACH ADDITION
NO. 3, as recorded in Plat Book 2, page 81, of
the Public Records of Dade County, Florida.
SECTION 2 - All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith be and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3 - This ordinance shall go into effect immediately
upon passage and posting as requiredby law.

having been passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of
Miami Beach, Florida, has been posted by me in three conspicuous
places in the City of Miami Beach, one of which was at the door
of the City Hall in said City on the 8th day of June, 1973,
and that said Ordinance remained posted for a period of at least
thirty days in accordance with the requirements of the City Charter
of the said City of Miami Beach.
