.SE IT tiES0LVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY JF MIAMI BEACH,
FLO R IDA:
Section 1. .i'hat as to the application of Normandy . each
Properties, inc . , ! orth Venetian islands Company and board of
County Commissioners of wade county, elorida, to the iar Lepart-
ment of the united states for a permit to construct bridges
and bulkheads, to _dredge and fill in Biscayne nay, forming a
series of islands and bridges resulting in a causeway connecting
79th atreet, iiiiami, with Normandy isle , ,Miami beach, Florida,
.permit No. 1851-53, aeria,1 ido. 19-26, nridges 495 , as to which
a hearing will be held in the city Hall at Miami, . 1orida, at
10:30 o ' clock .. i. March 11, 1926, this city Council believes
s<.id proposed construction to be of benefit to .wade county,
. 1oriva, and therefore urges the granting of the application
for all of said proposed construction.
Section 2. ihat u. . zMenshaw, as city Manager, John
Levi, as president of the Lity Council, Louis . . Snedigar, as
Mayor and G. E. McCaskill, as City Attorney, be present at said
hearing, presenting this resolution with such further remarks as
to them may seem proper urging the granting of said application.
