RESOLUTION NO. 1316
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1: That, Whereas, application having
been made to the War Department by Mr. John H. Ware,
Jr. , for permission to construct concrete landing
steps and drive mooring piles in Biscayne Bay,
adjacent to Lot 11, Star Island, in the City of Miami
Beach as shown on a set of drawings designated Sheet
1 of 2 and Sheet 2 of 2, prepared by the W. E. Brown
Engineering Company, Inc. , under date of March 25th,
1926, to accompany said application to the War De-
partment for permit for said construction.
Section 2: That this City Council does hereby
waive all objections to said proposed construction and
does hereby authorize Claude A. Renshaw, as City Manager
of said City, to sign and deliver in behalf of said
City, a written waiver of objections to the aforesaid
nim;"-'iit tion, if said construction is acceptable to
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of April, A. D. ,
