This is to certify that it is the intention of
the Biscayne Point Realty Corporation and W. E. Brown
Engineering Company, Owners and Engineers respectively,
to survey, stake and monument on the ground, on or
before six (6i months from this date the property
subdivided as indicated on the attached plat herewith
submitted for record, as the filling along the Bay
front and other improvements now under way are ex-
pected to be completed within (6) six months.
